  • rice miso 3 tbsp
  • burdock 1/2
  • carrot 1/3
  • konjac 100g
  • koya-tofu 1 S
  • Japanese white radish 1/4
  • warabi boiled in water 20g
  • shiitake mushroom 2
  • boiled butterbur 20g
  • boiled soybeans 50g
  • fried tofu 1 S
  • soup stock 600ml

we are making Keno miso soup, a miso soup popular in Aomori Prefecture. Keno miso soup is a traditional dish made in regions of Northern Japan such as Aomori Prefecture and Akita Prefecture. This soup featuring lots of finely chopped root vegetables and mountain vegetables.
