- Japanese white radish 1/4
- warabi boiled in water 20g
- shiitake mushroom 2
- boiled butterbur 20g
- boiled soybeans 50g
- fried tofu 1 S
- soup stock 600ml
we are making Keno miso soup, a miso soup popular in Aomori Prefecture. Keno miso soup is a traditional dish made in regions of Northern Japan such as Aomori Prefecture and Akita Prefecture. This soup featuring lots of finely chopped root vegetables and mountain vegetables.
