Ingredients
- Wheat miso 1 tsp
 - Cotton tofu (firm tofu) 60g
 - Soup stock 200ml
 - Cucumber 1/4
 - Japanese ginger 1
 - Perilla 1
 - White sesame seeds 1 tbsp
